About Lyndon Stokes
Lyndon Stokes has been exposed to art from the day he was
born. With professional artist parents Lyndon learnt painting
and illustration from an early age. Ongoing instruction and
positive encouragement nurtured Lyndon’s passion for
art
through his formative years.
As the years went by, these skills were combined with a
fertile imagination to produce unique paintings often with
a surreal twist to them. A desire for perfection has resulted
in
the evolution of Lyndon’s work over time. In the tradition
of
his parents, Lyndon’s art quest is a lifelong journey
of
learning and improvement.
While some of Lyndon’s works are seen in selected galleries,
a lot of his time has been spent completing commission
paintings for private and corporate clients. Client’s
cars have been illustrated in both realistic and fantasy surroundings.
Lyndon’s paintings are held in private collections in
New Zealand, Australia, USA and Canada. Lyndon’s website
